Due to significant growth in the Service Department, Baldwin Boats is currently searching for a Mechanic to join our highly regarded service team.
Baldwin Boats prides themselves and is currently one of Northwest Victoria’s largest repair/service centers that offers their customers the best quality service within the industry.
We are looking to employ a full time apprentice mechanic.
This position reports and will work closely with the Service Manager, and the successful applicant will display but not limited to the following duties:
• Must be willing to work in a team environment
• Work autonomously
• Diagnose and resolve problems with all engines
• Pre delivery
• Demonstrate sound communication skills
• Well Presented and displays initiative
• Opportunity to become a qualified Marine Technician
